I recently received a 5 piece
(4 knives & 1 tray) Knife set from Ozeri. I will continue to say that I am
always impressed with Ozeri products. They are always high quality products.
This knife set came with 4 different knives and a really nice wood case that
has a built in knife sharpener. 3 of the knives are large ones and there is 1
small paring knife. In our house I usually use the paring knife for chopping up
fruits and vegetables but my husband likes to use the larger knives. I do not
accurately know the name and use for each of the knives, we basically use which
ever one we think will work best. There are a few features that I particularly
like. They are light weight. The knives each have holes in them and I think
this helps make them light weight. The knives are 1 solid piece of stainless
steel. I like this because I don't have to worry about the handle getting
loose. Also my other knives have plastic handles. These break and discolor over
time. The stainless steel is easier to keep clean as well. These knives are
very sharp. Both my husband and I used them for a few days and have enjoyed
using them.
The knives come in a
nice wood case. If you had a designated knife draw this would fit nicely into
the draw. In our house we use a knife block on the counter so the wood case
will just go into storage for now.
Overall I would give
these knives 5 stars.
